At DPK Management Pvt Ltd, we value your trust and satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are issued for our courses. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available within 7 days of enrolling in a course.
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of payment and a valid reason for requesting a refund.
Refunds do not apply for courses where more than 25% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

3. Students enrolled in any university are informed that if the university has issued an enrollment number, then refunds will not be available. For this, the rules of the university must be followed.
Provide the following details:
Full name
Contact information
Course name
Proof of enrollment (e.g., payment receipt)
Reason for refund request
Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
3. Refund process
Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after approval.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If that method is not available, we may provide an alternative refund method.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
Requests made after the 7-day refund window has passed.
If the course was accessed, downloaded or used beyond the specified eligibility criteria.
Technical issues caused by the user's device or internet connection.
Refund requests made for reasons related to course content or quality.
5. Cancellation Policy
If a course is cancelled or rescheduled by Dpk managment, we will notify you and provide the following options:
Transfer your enrolment to another course or batch.
Full refund of course fee.
